There's a google docs where some customers have been updating their tracking information to help others understanding when their order might possibly arrive, since there have been delays for months:

However there's no info for Italy unfortunately.

I have been reading the Virtual Reality discord channel in the past few days and quite a few users got theirs so there isn't a general problem. Somebody has just posted that he got his yesterday for example.
The average time to get it delivered is about 2 months so technically you are still in time to get yours, although one should make sure that the suspended notification is nothing to be concerned about.

If nobody else has better ideas... maybe raise a ticket with the support team to get a clarification, they usually reply in a matter of days, sometimes even quite quickly.

I don't see why orders should be suspended for Italy: they were at some point earlier this year because of the pandemic, but they resumed a couple months ago and certainly the covid situation is not worse there now.

Thank you for the quick response, I was already aware of the google docs and I have a lot of information about the orders from it, I also read that Reddit where it said that the shipments in Italy had restarted but I had the doubt that the shipments in Italy they had been suspended again as there is that notification in the order history, so I opened this discussion to find out if any Italian has received their Index lately
