Agree...but if you (OP) haven't run Room Setup again, I might start there since its so easy to do (though you'll have to run it again when you move the stations, so . . . .
The zooming/jumping you show in the video, as well as the gray screen, are usually related to tracking dropouts, . . .
, . . .this could be a result of the lasers reflecting excessively off an object or surface, or maybe placement is leaving a gap in coverage.
That said, there was an issue with certain "optional" AMD drivers that would cause the sort of glitches we see in your video (the controllers played a role as well):

In either case, it might also be helpful to look at the "frame-timing" graphs and see if it shows anything happening at the same time these glitches occur.
