I looked at the receipt and there is no tracking number to be found.
Similarly curious. I wasn't expecting to receive my full kit before Christmas (Ordered Nov 30, 2019), but now I'm wondering if I'll be waiting until like, Valentine's Day.
They're clearly sold out of stock as of Dec 2, 2019. Their store note on the full kit went from "Due to recent high demand, delivery before December 25th cannot be guaranteed" to "Due to recent high demand, this item will ship after December 25th".
So my questions become: How long of a backorder wait will we have? Will those that ordered the full kit on say, Nov 30th, still have a chance of receiving before Dec 25? Will all of us be waiting for weeks after Dec 25 now? How long is the queue? Etc.
I wonder if I should make a separate post?
Looks like you ordered yours about 15 hours or so after mine, and I just checked my PayPal transactions. I have not been refunded (yet,) myself, but I would be concerned about seeing an exact amount charged back.
I might try to find some time to call them, myself. My PayPal invoice says Valve's number is (425) 952-2985. I would definitely call them if I were you.

so the money was taken back. paid to valve yesterday night even though i paid for it on the first. also I'm in colorado.
Edit: I chickened out. The phone number they have is just a line to a voicemail box.

So I'd either leave a message, or file a ticket, and I would worry that trying to do so would somehow topple my house of cards that I *might* have gotten my order in on time. I'll just refresh my PayPal about a billion times instead, looking out for a refund.

So this just happened to me I ordered on the 2nd or 1st cant remember now and they charged it
took the money it got put on hold for a lil then the money got sent back
Just leave it because less than a day later they took the money back and this was all still processing
Like it was a Pre Charge to see if i actually had the money to spend
