Red Orchestra never had single player so I'm not sure why you were expecting that coming from a similar genre game

coop vs ai would be nice to have so that no matter how old the game becomes it still can be played and have fun with it while the player base is gone, how many good games are now dead since there no coop/pve options and solely rely on a playerbase to be playable
