Launched 1000 Ticket Server with 50 Bots per Team

Hi BFers!
First of I love this game since this was the first online game I ever played.
Well Im developer and still had a "High End Win Server" Dev. Environment running and checked if any Ressources to give. And it does. So I launched an 1000 Points Server for you all.
This includes 50 Bots per Teams. It runs all Maps via Random Order with any combination.

If you give it a try and find some errors / mature lags please let me know in this thread.
Name of the Server is: ALL_MAPS_RND_1000TICK.

Glad to see another server up.
A correction though, even though it says 50, the games gonna cap out at 32 bots (could be 25 as well)

Really? Well on the map it self it looks like way more

It's guaranteed to crash when enough players join, 100%, the current "updated" version is very unstable garbage, servers cannot exceed 32 players, and with lots of bots, the crashing will happen sooner and easier.

I got it under control. 2 Crashes so far. One was my fault. If it crashs - tell me and I restart

I can't watch it, I barely touch multiplayer, but I just know all this from previous experience when i did.

It's a nice server! Thanks for setting it up.

My only criticism is that some of the maps just aren't so great :) For example, plains and theed. People tend to leave during these maps. IMO, the server would be better without them.

Hi Joseph! Glad you like it. The Idea was to run all maps on it. If you want you can start a vote here in the forums. Ill watch it and change it how the community wants it

It's a great server, very stable, and seems to get regular players.

Plains, Theed, Dune Sea and Temple are probably the least popular maps and for some players Hoth and Geonosis. They can still be fun but with the high reinforcements they can be too long.

I may do that, but I/we would need to reflect on how to phrase the question.

Me, I get 90% of my SWBF satisfaction from just a few maps (Citadel and Mos are two of them). Next, I can tolerate, and even enjoy, most of the other maps under the right conditions. Finally, there are a few maps that are routinely unsatisfactory, such as Theed.

So perhaps it is best to lean on the side of inclusion, but try to figure out the most disliked maps and -- if any consensus on this can be reached -- remove them from rotation?

I wil lthink of a way to make it possible for all to discuss the map pool. But if you see me on the server you guys can always ask me to skip the map :-) (as I did last time)

Also a note, I can confirm that the max number of bots is how many are in the lua script.

I'm not sure if you have random order on for the maps. It might be coincidence but we just played cc for the third time.

I believe the odds of getting CC are 1/3 (which I like). So it's like getting a 1 or a 2 three times in a row on a die roll.

Players requested to play Jabba and CC more than other maps. So the Map Pool is 2/4 CC 1/4 Jabba and rest all other maps on random.

BTW please note im now on vacation for 2 weeks. But the server will restart every 24H :-)
