SO this answer didnt exactly help, but it did get me thinking and I have figured out how to get it playable. So I give you a third of the credit ;)
Using the Windows key/arrow key doesnt do anything. However, when the game window is the corner of the screen, alt+tab and get something small to pop up so you can use your mouse. Hover over the icon for Battlefront on the taskbar and get the small window view of the game to pop up. When the smaller window comes up, right click on it(do not right click on the icon on the taskbar, only the small window). It will take away your ability to use the mouse outside of the game, so do not click anything else. Then use the arrow keys to navigate to the Move option, right above the Size option, and hit enter. This moves the window down just enough for you to alt tab out of the client and drag the window where you would like it. I tried a step further and closed out the client and tried opening it again, only this time it popped up in a much more playable location. It isnt fullscreen. There's still the taskbar and half of the top window bar, but it is definitely playable.
I really hope this helps out everyone else!
