Edit: using launch options to change in-game resolution does not work at all

Can you play the 3 single player modes(Historical Campaign, Galactic Conquest and Instant Action modes) as well as the split screen option on steam like you can do on the Xbox One X?
My biggest issue with the Xbox One X versions is that it run at 30FPS and has no online features.
At the moment I believe the steam version multiplayer mode can only be played via third party workarounds as well posted on one of the threads yesterday, so the online restriction is similar in both versions.
Xbox One X is capable of 60 fps for some games, although I am not sure SW Battlefront Classic is one of them. It is up to the developer to allow that option, and they usually don't do that for most games on consoles.
List as of Oct 2018

That is rather strange, yeah. I suppose it's nothing new though, we've seen SWBF2 released on platforms such as Origin where they are using out of date files.
