Room 304?

As far as I can tell/remember rooms 102 and 204 are the only guest rooms that you can enter, but serve no real purpose.

Strangely, in 204, there is a room cleaning checklist for a room 304. One might just dismiss it as being a typo or something, however the checklist indicates that the bathroom has no working lights, but the bathroom in 204 does have a working light. Since there is no 3rd floor (though there is an attic) there shouldn't be a 304.

So... WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

Probably an easter egg about the movie "Room 304" that has a similar story set in a hotel as well?
