I doubt anyone comments on this game's discussions anymore but if you know how to get the Officer achievement which means to be "an honest employee" please let me know. I have everything else, it's my last one!!!

There is a problem in border office when I reach 90% of the game loading the game crashes. what can I do to resolve this crash/bug/error?
