I don't think there will be, since every title in this reboot series before YoungBlood had a heavy emphasis on singleplayer only. The reason why YoungBlood had Co-op was because this is a spin-off title, and they were probably trying to experiment with new things. The next installment to this series will be Wolfenstein 3, and if it's anything like TNO, TOB, and TNC, it will be single player only.

Take what I say with a grain of salt though, because there is no confirmation whether there actually will be any form of multiplayer for Woflenstein 3 or not. All we know is that the game is under development, there hasn't really been any other news regarding this game as of yet.

There is however, an article about a job listing for MachineGames that is hinting for PVP or Co-op for Wolfenstein 3. This could probably mean nothing, but here's the link to the article if you're interested:

Keep in mind that this article doesn't confirm anything, but it leans closer towards there being multiplayer in this game than we were originally led to believe back when the game was announced almost 2 years ago. But, take it however you want. You know as much about this game as the rest of us at this point, since MachineGames has been very silent about it.

Though, I'd prefer it if MachineGames were to focus primarily on the singleplayer campagin for Wolfenstein 3, as this will be the finale for this rebooted series, and I'd really hate for them to rush the story. Adding Multiplayer, and or Co-op a bit after the game releases would be cool though. I just think they should focus on the story first, before they even consider the idea of adding any kind of multiplayer to this game.
