Vulkan problems

Hiya everyone. I got this game for free when I bought RTX 2070 back in the day. Now I have RTX 3060 and the game keeps crashing due to Vulkan errors and I wonder how to force to run the game on DX12... Cuz every single game with vulkan keeps crashing on my PC. For instance Red Dead Redemption 2, DX12 runs fine with all maxxed out on DX12, the moment I swap to Vulkan the game will always crash or CTD during loading... I have never finished the game trough bethesda launched but I lost my saves which is sad yet forgivable because I dont even remember the story... unfortunately I am stuck after introduction scene with that doctor lady asking for scalpel because the explosion after the cutscene when you can finally move your character makes the game crash with Vulkan error... it says something like rendering error Vulkan blah blah... I dont remember these issues on old RTX 2070 (except Red Dead Redemption 2, that game never ran on Vulkan for me). Also why the heck Vulkan even exists??? DirectX is supported everywhere and Vulkan came out of nowhere, was promising at the beggining and now nothing supports that stupid thing so the main question is IS THERE A WAY TO BYPASS VULKAN AND RUN THE GAME ON DX12 or DX11? I came here cuz I havent found a clear solution on google, neither here in discussions cuz people seem to think there is a fix for Vulkan but in reality Vulkan is just buggy, laggy and abandoned mess...
