Elektrokraftwerk?

I'm stumbling upon an increasing number of doors that need Elektrokraftwerk to open, but I can't find it anywhere. I have the perk that lets you keep heavy guns in your inventory and I have four so far, none of them being the one I'm looking for.

Can anyone point me to where I could put my hands on it?

The Kraftwerk Weapons are in the Brother Levels. If I remember correctly brother 3.

Brother 1 for the Laserkraftwerk and brother 2 for the Dieselkraftwerk.
