Their accent's seem a little thick
I know BJ has a southern accent, but it's not *that* thick, plus Anya is Polish. These girls grew up around a diverse group of people so I don't know why it sounds like they spent their childhood in the Bayou wrestling gators.

Well, they did grow up in Liberated America so there's every chance BJ might have moved back to Mesquite after the revolution...

Kids get their accents from their surroundings, not their parents. If they grew up in the deep south, it would make sense.

Wouldn't necessarily judge by the trailers alone. But also keep in mind this series always had a significant amount of satirical spin on it, so a bit over the top accents wouldn't be that surprising to me.

Not true, I knew an Indian and several mexicans in my school who all spoke with accents despite our entire community essentially middle-class white people and them being born in the U.S. They got it from their parents/other family members.
Accent isnt my problem,But the amount of times i heard them say "Nazi a$$ hole" throughout all the demo gameplays I watched is....

It seems like the further along the series has gone the more over-the-top the characters have gotten. “The more we increase stereotypes the funnier it will be!” - MachineGames, probably

It's seems they tried to make the accents sound authentic, but using cheap talent to save a few bucks is laughable. This shouldn't surprise anyone since it's a budget title.

Well this is actually what i hate the most in these game series -> "americans = pure people " "Nazis=ultimate evil of the universe".........
Manicheism in its purest form.

Most stories have a good vs bad theme. Also, Anya is Polish, Fergus is Scottish, Caroline is Austrian, and Set Roth is german.

I live by Mesquite. Their accent sounds about right to me.
