I think you have to melee kill 50 enemies whereby the animation happens where you get them to shoot themselves with their own guns

what exra power do you mean? god skill hidden branch in perks?

Minor spoilers below.

You have to use the God Key power that you unlock near the end, to collect bullets and force them back at whoever shot them. This is the God mode achievement.
