Depends on your expectations. You shoot your game through, crack some safes with codes you find, level your weapons and skills while being treated to cutscene occasionally. It is not really that different from previous games except your movement is more free and the game is lighter on story (the devs said it themselves).

The main story is 9 hours long and 15 hours with extras according to HLTB. I have completed it in circa 30 hours with my friend BUT we didn't know about the fast travel option back to the home base for quite a while.

I have played New Order for 42 hours and The New Colossus for 45 hours according to my Steam statistics. I like to explore but no longer than necessary.

The game is extremely short and has no replay value. It's about 10 hours long and then you are done with it.

That's not at all true. If you visit Abby in the Catacombs she offers Daily, Weekly and Replay Challenges to be done for XP and rewards. The world is still available to roam around in and explore.
