Are you a trustfund baby to have so little value for money?

Most people who buy games don't get paid anywhere near as much as the self described "socialists" that made this game get paid per week, ofc they expect a quality product for their hard earned money.

They tried to make a game to appeal to woke gamers, the problem is a) the game is extremely poorly made...even "woke" people have standards and b) most "woke" gamers don't want to play a game where you run around glorifying guns. If anything those people want to ban these kinds of games and guns.

On-top of everything else they made the two girls in the game act like complete morons too.

This game is the equivalent of high price sneakers made by incompetent 3rd world labour, aimed at grandmothers. Did whoever was in charge of this mess drink heavily during the sales pitch meeting or was it just pure incompetence?

If not for Doom I would of lost all faith in Bethesda at this point.

This franchise used to sell millions of copies, TNO sold between 1m and 2m copies, even Old Blood which wasn't a mainline franchise entry, sold between 500k and 1m. This piece of garbage on the other hand, sold less than 200k which is utterly pathetic. As is evident to anyone with a brain, the fault with this isn't with "alt right" but the devs making a garbage game. Funnily enough, other games where you kill Nazis still sell very well such as Sniper Elite 4. Make a good game, sells millions of copies, who woulda thunk it?

MachineGames are incredibly disappointed? Well, me too. The game is a huge flop not due to the political reasons but because its developers completely failed. They went from good games The New Order and The Old Blood to mediocre The New Colossus and utter garbage Youngblood. And now they cannot even admit their mistakes and blame the players? Disgusting. I believe that this series may have a chance in the future only if somebody else creates another Wolfenstein game.

Machinegames is not blaming the players.
They are just incredibly disappointed that fighting Nazi's is now problematic.

Check the forums and the online tweeters. People (not players specifically) have been getting upset by the themes of New Colossus and Youngblood. Even if the games are bad (arguably, they're not), the political online backlash has been so dumb.

Who gets upset about fighting Nazis? Idiots, that's who.

the game was soso. Worst part is that the devs never fixed bugs in this game. Steam refused to refund and devs could not fixed the bugs in this game.

Hold up, why are people upset about fighting Nazis in TNC and YB and not about fighting Nazis in Sniper Elite 4? Incidentally, you actually get to kill Hitler I'm SE4 in inventive and hilarious ways. SE4 sold more copies than TNC and YB combined while being a game from much more obscure franchise. Why is that? Well it's because unlike those two trainwrecks, it's actually a good game.

Edit: what is also telling is the fact that both SE4 and even it's season pass are very positive which demonstrates that the game is made by passionate Devs who did their level best and didn't choose the easy, cash grab option with the DLC content. The TNC's utterly pathetic season pass which was the very definition of a cash grab crapped out by lazy Devs is sitting on Mostly Negative where it belongs.
