this game is a fraud. this IS NOT KICKSTARTER
Maybe raytracing isn't getting added because the game flopped and Nvidia's prioritised other stuiff
But that's on a 2060. That's never going to run RT at a decent frame rate.
Still, RT was promised, and not delivered.
2. The 2060 is the absolute baseline card required for RTX, of course it's gonna struggle compared to, say, a 2080 ti.
They kinda said it wasn't gonna be in it on release before the game came out. Maybe there's problems on Nvidia's end, or maybe Nvidia lost interest after the game flopped...
With that said if the next update doesn't add the promised RTX they might as well not bother, game has ~180 players 24 hour peak.
Worldwide.
EDIT:
Well, that's kinda sad.
Game is clearly a big fail. They promised RTX and they didn't delivered. They deserve it.
They got woke and are going broke in my opinion.
RTX is coming in 2020

What does that have to do with anything? He isn't even working at Nvidia, but Intel.
In the presentation, on the second slide, he lists Youngblood as a modern game with RTX
Beside it, there's a 2020 release date - https://imgur.com/7670rdm
Idk, could be nothing
But considering that the guy is a ray tracing researcher at Intel and Intel is currently developing a DXR compatible card, it could be considered a leak?
