Rating and nudity?

I do not know what this is rated and cannot seem to find it but is there a mod or something so you can have naked females? I would think I am not the only one that wants to do that.

This game doesn't have females so no.

I heard there is a nudity mod though after watching some guys state of NGS video so it exists. Apparently one of segas Global Team members uses it according to that same video lol

You are not the only one seeing how many people try to make their avatar naked changing the colour of theirs outifits to the same as their skin. Now a mod for that I think maybe you could try searching in japanese.

there is a whole modding community on discord for that. and yes, there is plenty of nude stuff and more crazy mods. but i can't give out invites, so you will have to do some searching. i think they adjusted who can join a bit after SEGA started going against data-miners.

They don't exist in the NGS universe and were retconned out of PSO2.

I honestly don't know about it. If you can't find anything on it maybe you could try finding the video I was referring to which I THINK was a popular youtube video at the time and posting a comment there if anyone has info on where to get it.

The game was rated M because the F word gets used once, apparently.
The only time a character appears nude was in a non-sexual manner in a cutscene that was altered in the global version to give her clothes.
As for mods, is that really necessary? I don't know if mods are allowed since the Terms of Service only states what's allowed to be in a mod and explicitly does not say whether or not mods are actually allowed, but I know I'd feel pretty uncomfortable and disrespected if someone was seeing my character nude.

Base even had stuff that were made of black spots or sparkles that are just enough to cover the avatar's "naughty bits". Unless those were removed from NA.

And that is the closest OP could get without using methods that can't be discussed here.

Because you'd be talking about things that violate the games terms of service on official channels and it'd just get deleted by mods.

Pretty sure the ESRB doesn't take mods into account when rating a game. If they did, a lot of them would be AO. I always thought it was rated M because of the casino. Man, I wish there was a casino planet of gold and fireworks and bunny girls... and cannons that fired cannonballs that explode into pearls, jewels, and coins.

I mean that seems to be what Sega relies on. Sell skimpy outfits in scratch and watch as people pay out the ass to get it........then maybe get banned xD
