How does DLC work?

I want to get the Sonic collab DLC because looks goofy af.

How does it really work?
- I can use it only on 1 character, and if I want to use it for another character I need to buy it again? Or it's linked to my account and I can use it with all my characters?
- Skin DLC like this one have gender restriction? For example, if my character is female, I can't equip the costume?
- Transfering a character to another ship affects in any way the DLC items?

Those may be weird questions, but I'll appreciate it if someone can answer them, thanks.

1. The package only contains 1 Setwear and 1 Hairstyle so you would need to buy a 2nd ticket to be able to unlock it for all characters. You can either purchase a 2nd package from the AC shop in-game or you might be able to search the ticket themselves in the player shop, these are tradeable. You use one on a character to unlock it for that character, and you use a 2nd ticket to unlock it for your whole account.

2. You can use it on a female character but it will change your body type to male human. There's no restriction from changing between the two at any point in time and if you have the body type sync disabled, you can have them with different body proportions.

3. If you unlocked the outfits for a character, they will stick with your character as you move. The C-Space Blueprints is account-wide when you unlock them. As long as you don't just leave the tickets sitting in an account-shared storage before moving ships, there's no problems here.
