Voice Tickets

So I bought a Voice ticket that I like, cost me a fortune, but I can't barely hear it. Even with max volume. Is this a bug? Or is it something set up on my end?

If it is your character, the higher volume is pretty much audible so it can be some kind of bug, if you packed it on another thing, just like any NPC out there, you are out of luck with this game.
