If you look at a Korean the Sim clone right now called InZoi, you can play dress up and play in a multiplayer world like 2nd life. It also has really good facial tracking, the devs there might also want to include a voice changer lol.

The first video you've posted is out of context and I absolutely loathe that guy so this isn't from a bias perspective. "Never voting again" was towards the idea he'd get everything they needed done. It isn't hard and spreading fear makes people NOT take you seriously.
