they are everywhere. look on your map the red circles are monsters, triangles are Dolls
and diamonds are Veteran Enemies.

make sure you're killing enemies no more than 4 or 5 levels below, ideally enemies same or higher level (but no more than 4 levels higher or so)

They literally respawn as you kill them and point you to next set to kill. it can not get more streamlined than that. Find the area you need to be at, go to a populated channel and follow the mob of people grinding. And grab the 50-100k exp quests if you haven't. If you're around 10 go to the lab, or north aelios. You stay there pretty much aside from completing those exp quests; up until you can enter the forest.

There are two types of areas. Exploration areas, and erm, I guess combat areas. (Sega covers this in some videos, I didn't make this up)

The exploration areas have more materials and less monster density. The best places to grind are places that limit parties to 8, and constantly have that photon thingy going that keeps everyone focused on that.

If you are in a 32 person area, at least right now, I say those are not optimal for grinding monsters. (from my experience)

And as someone else said, make sure they are no more than 4 levels lower than you. As you get a small fraction of the XP that way. It's something like 1/10th the xp ^_^

i mean......if your trying to grind at an exploration zone then yeah monsters are far apart and if the levels are not within 4 or 5 difference from you exp would be very low.......got to combat zones and then search for rooms with people in them.......after that just follow signs on your hud or map with T(trials) E(enemies) and E(PSE burst)..

at the top left of the screen is the map....around that area there is a number showing the number of people and max number of people....
example if your alone in an exploration zone the number would be 1/32 if alone in a combat zone 1/8

another indication is at the right side of the minimap if your in a combat zone a bar would be there if in an exploration zone there would be no bar....

Another would be a letter E on your hud and minimap showing clumps of enemies

When you enter a Zone (go through that blue barrier thing or teleport there) on the top right of the screen the name of the zone will be displayed, as well as either a green symbol (exploration) or a red symbol (combat)

Combat Zones: Mt. Magnus (Lvl 5+-) | Vanford Laboratory Ruins (Lvl 10+-) | Resol Forest (Lvl 15+-)
Exploration Zones: Everything else

Look what lvl you are and go to those Combat Zones.
If you do the Main quest (which you should because it unlocks everything that you need) it will guide you to those areas automatically, and once you have done the story quest for that zone it will unlock and you can grind there)
