Where did my summoner go?

So like, I only play this game on and off and I just saw there was a big patch so I though "oh I'll go take a look" I was looking at my characters and my character had to be reloaded? It asked me for what class and I was wondering what happened to my main class as it wasnt in there.

NGS didnt summoned him for now. Its ur chance to try new classes, so give it a try. Maybe it come July, so just wait, its not the end of the world.

So does that mean I should just start a new character? I dont really want to lose the progress. Im pretty confused on whats happening with this as its completely changed

PSO2 and PSO 2 NGS are Two different games in the same game. It means, you still can play wiith your summoner on PSO2, to do it chose PSO2 instead of PSO2 NGS after select your character. But to play on NGS WOrld your class summoner arent avaliable for now, you will need to pick another for a while. Maybe Summoner and other classes comes on next months so be patiente.
