More fashion, with newer graphics... :)

They also upgraded from rated T for teen to M for mature... Hmm... mature :)

Like with any new game released these days, I hope for the best, but expect the worst, at least then I won't be too disappointed.

My biggest worry is how much more aggressive they will be with the monetisation. I wouldn't be surprised if they start charging for Meseta and make it harder to obtain if you don't buy it.

It'll be fun playing an open field online RPG. Whatever that means.

It gives me the impression that the first PSO2 trailer conveyed with free range movement and such.

Looking forward to it!

Ok, now I'm kinda excited.
My mind is put at ease a bit after seeing it would be F2P as well.

Still, I did see that it would be for Windows 10.
PSO2 works with Win7 probably as an unintended side effect.
Good thing I'm upgrading to Win10 next month.

One thing I noticed was no mention of a Steam release.
Anyone got any info on that?

I highly doubt they will make New Genesis impossible to play with Win7. That said though, playing many modern games nowadays with anything that is not Win10 means that if you got a certain problem while playing the game you can't expect for support to help you out, but that doesn't mean they can't be played in the same capability as you would do with Win10.

If you're wondering why is marketed as Win10 only then, it's just marketing business since Microsoft's current OS is Win10, and there's no point in making people realize that they can still play games with Win7 if they want to get any kind of profit.

it will probably also be on steam like the original PSO 2 i think we just have to wait to be certain

it will probably also be on steam like the original PSO 2 i think we just have to wait to be certain
New Genesis will be a free update for the current PSO2, and players will be able to switch between both universes any time they want, so to be more precise, there wouldn't be any other store page other than the current one.

considering NGS is in fact some kind of new game, i just set a question mark on when can we non-jp players can actually have it.

When it was announced, it was announced as a global release, so everybody should get it at the same time.

But might be too soon for us, we're just on episode 4, there is still episode 5 and 6 so to catch up, it's going to be a huge rush for us.

The official website's announcement states that though they aren't listed, PSO2NGS will be on whatever platform PSO2 ends up releasing on Globally.
