If it still doesn't work, try pausing anti-virus or anything else that may prevent kernel level anti-cheat from running. I never triggered the anti-cheat before, but I heard things like parsers and other background programs can trigger anti-cheat and won't let your launch the game even if it is not configured to interact with NGS.
There is also possibility your game files are corrupted and may need to reinstall.
Really not much to work with here, don't know anything other than the game didn't actually launch.
i had it always unchecked and i clicked the start in compatibility mode on the solve the issue, but nothing happened except for a little box in the top right that briefly appeared, i never got a chance to read what it said.
