Everytime you level up after max level you get 10 N-class ex-cubes for that class you leveled up. In your case you need to level up the bouncer class for n-bo-ex-cubes.

you can "sometimes" get a few of them from the treasure shops. everything in the treasure shops are randomised daily.

iirc the area in stia with the invisible boxes is the best area. when you kill the elite patrol enemies in that area or any where else in stia, they have a chance to drop them.

Isn't there a daily one at the volcano area? Then there's another batch in the exchange shop.
