The Account Link Code only matters if you are playing from another platform and already have an account. So instead, you will want to decline that menu and move on as it will instead create a new account for you.

If this is your first time playing the game, you can simply close the menu/cancel the Account Link Code and resume picking your ship as normal. The Account Link Code only matters if you wanted to link your account to another platform.
