How to fix a Mag

Pretty straightforward, been new to this series i just fed whatever i had to my Mag and it turns you kinda gotta level just one stat, i am a ranger so i wanna put everything on RNG support, i noticed there are some items that can reduce its level but i have no idea how to get more, any advice related to this would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time

you want a mag level down reduction which you get some free ones once it hits lv 100. I don't know much beyond that but I know you can get more I think from the Exo exchange shop.
You can always google search the question on the internet and get a better answer and for future use have a guide I use to raise a pure MAG

You can trade 5 EX-Cubes for 1 Mag Level Reduction Device at the EX Cube shop on the 2nd level of the shopping plaza. It will level down one stat by 1 level. You get 5 of them when the Mag first hits 100.

Trade in lv10/11 weapons in the swap shop.
They drop like unwanted candy later on.

The alternative is to buy another mag, for i believe 300AC.

Yes;
Urgent Quests and anything Super Hard or above; they tend to drop 10-Star weapons on the regular, you can use the swap shop for ex-Cubes 1:1

A little late for this, but just for a heads up for anyone who is reading this in the future, your mag needs to be over level 100 to be able to use a level reduction device.
