Game Constantly Disconnects

Doesn't matter what I'm doing, the game will disconnect about every 5-20 minutes, making it nearly impossible to do anything. I have my port forwarding figured out, and I am having a lot of fun... when I actually play the game.

The experience dragging me in here? Not so much.

Are you getting an error code? What country are you in? Does it happen Everywhere or only when in mission? etc.

Southeast USA. No error code, just puts up a screen that says it's lost communication with PSO2. All other internet functions are fine.

I'm thinking it may be an incompatibility with Discord's overlay. I was having a hell of a time with a new headset and went nuts trying to get it to work properly; part of that was I turned on the overlay. Any known issues there?

I have had issues with the overlay preventing my computer from going to sleep so I turned it off. You can always test by shutting down discord to see if it drops with it off.

I turned it off and the game was rock solid last night for a solid four hours. Not sure if because technical issues or general net traffic after hours.

I'll post more if issues persist; but for now, just looking for anyone who's had similar problems. Checked about twelve threads yesterday, but many of them dated back to 2012/2013.
