Limit Breaking is locked

Is there any specific quest that I missed? cause the option to limit break is locked at the item lab.

If you are starting in the Aelio Chapter (Chapter 1 or the Prologue), you have to get further into the story to unlock Limit Breaking.

If this is not the case, you may have to go and file a bug report because it should be unlocked if you are already past that point or started after that point (such as skipping the story).
