I was actually a bit excited for this option since my character is a bit more on the.... healthy side. So, this is the result with maxed out tightness on it. Yeaaah, it does literally nothing

I know that fixing the rigging points of hundreds of outfits is a very time consuming and frustrating thing. I'm pressing F for respects for the poor sob who was tasked to do this one.
