Can't get past the Ship selection.

Everytime I try to login, after I select a ship, I always get the Error 630. It's only happening on PC. Steam Deck works fine. Is anyone else having this problem?

If deck is working and your PC doesn't. That meant your internet/network configuration or antivirus/firewall on PC is blocking you. Either configure your PC properly or disable them. If you or someone else managing network , might also need to check config on the router.

i have the same problem since over a year (played until lvl 9 at release )

i tried with different pcs and had no antivirus and firewall

cant login . It doesnt matter what im doing

all games are working except phantasy star genesis

There is an issue with your PSO2 Settings file:
1) Make sure that you have launched PSO2 at least once.

3) For Windows 10 check this link (http://bit.ly/2zrWWYk) and configure OneDrive to This PC Only for your Documents folder.
4) Open the Tweaker -> PSO2 Settings button -> Reset.

Ignore the tweaker part if you don't have it. I have a similar problem as yours but it was an NGS-exclusive crash lmao. Base and others were fine.

Why did you quote me? Do you have two different type of machines , PC and a Steam deck on the same network, where one works and the other doesn't? His scenario is not the same as you. Every tom ♥♥♥♥ and harry don't have the same underlying issue and even I can only reply a few based on just a couple line of vague text and only if I'm willing to care.

You just need to get a professional troubleshooter for your network problems. E.g I could probably fix your problem if I'm on site, but too bad you are not a friend(real life) or family so it's all about vagueness of text over the internet. I even once found out a joker is using an internet cafe PC after probing... So rolleyes and ignore.

tried with 3 different pcs and with 2 different networks in the same house .

i can only login my char , if the system are on low .. and i have average gamer pc , it should work minimum on Super Settings. The Game isnt optimised , and u can read it everywhere

BUT what i dont get , why u think its my network? that makes me laugh . EVERY GAME WORKS EXCEPT THIS C.R.A.P

Why do I need to read other posts if I have the game and it runs smoothly on my PC and internet? Weird logic especially if some of the other people have different hardware or even internet setup. Literally apple vs orange comparisons at times.

Unless you are subscribed to 2 different ISPs like Starlink and Verizon fibre, the number of same location networks mean nothing considering the internet... Anyway good luck to you, it's definitely related to your networking, routing, blockage, bandwidth or more.

I see network jargen above but no system specs.
We really dont know if you have a "Gaming rig" Or a wish special that couldent run a you tube video correctly.

i dont understand what u are writing here .. or better why ..... why it should be my network ? ngs is nothing special . system spec: ryzen 5 5600
16gb ram
asrockb550pro4
gtx 1080
win10 pro
all games on full hd working in ultra (ngs too) so low budget gamer pc .
game worked on my !!! old pc !!! until a patch , since then i cant start/login with character .

now i can only login if my options are on low , tryed tweaker , deactivating ipv6 and alle the other things. nothing helps

I got to say this game has the worst servers ever. I was able to login yesterday and play. Now I keep getting the 630 connection error. Same as the others , I can play other online games perfectly fine. There’s just something wrong with their servers. Imma give it a few more tries tomorrow, if it still doesn’t work. I’ll quit. This game has a pretty small declining population anyway compare to other mmorpgs
