SEGA global change player name for no reason
My character name is *Yur'n'me*

SEGA said "Upon thorough investigation into this account, we had found actions in violation of our Terms of Service. For this reason, your Character Name has been changed.
Additionally, please be aware that Character Name changes cannot be reverted.
If you would like to change your Character Name once again,
please be sure to purchase the necessary amount of AC and change your Character Name by clicking on the "Settings" after selecting your character."

I need answer clearly not just auto answer email. Plz look at your staff. Im not going charge any AC for just change my name back. My mistake is charge AC for your game now you treat customer like this.

Well. What else are we gonna say besides "writte the support" ? We caant do anything for you here and Sega isnt caring for the Steam Forums.

i write the support then they answer like this, the ridiculous reason ever in online game. what TOS about player name in game. i use this name like 1k hr now why they allow me using this until now.

Not sure what that name means but wouldn't surprise me if it's even loosely related to something bad that you got your named changed. This is a game where the word "stupid" is censored.

Well for me it reads like " You own me" which could be related to "enslavement" which Sega does not like given the fact that the "Slave" Weapon series also got its name changed.

I could be wrong tho but that seems to be the most logical thing i can come up with right now.

Sega Global had done a lot of "questionable" things to "Suit" global so if I were you Id give up since they won't listen to your reason since why should they??

Give them money for a name change or get used to it because that is the state we're in. "get used to it".

They can change TOS however they want.

Don't play the game if this is enough to be upsetting. :steamsad:

Companies are full of BS these days.

In other games if the company force - change your name due to innapropriate name, or due to any other reason, they allowing you a "free" name change.
The same thing happens if they change their servers and your character is transfered without your will.

Few days ago i recharged my phone card online and the site said "for 5 euro, you will pay us an extra fee", i was ok (the fee was less than 2 euro and i didnt want to go to a store because i was busy).
So i made the transaction, after it was complete the've sent me only 4,2 euro instead of the 5 they promised.
So i paid a totall of 6,7 euro for 4,2 euro.
My previous data to be resumed i had to pay minimun of 5 euro and the've only sented me 4,2, so now i have to pay an extra 5 euro because that's the minimun in order to continue using my previous remaining data.
Scam at it's fullest.

This really make me feel uncomfortable to login and play the game with character name not mine. I feel unsafe play the game that can do everything they want to you. They not respect personality.

Stop make the name being weird thing cause your mine, i put the name Yu 'r not me. When your mind dirty you will see everything dirty

Yeah sadly this is your downfall.

If you leave your name "open to interpretation" like this then chances are Sega does interpret it wrong aswell. On top of that for Sega to ban you "multiple" people also took the name wrong and reported it otherwise Sega wouldnt ban you.

So you should use "clear names" from now one.

I just got name change for yesterday. After my game crash i login and see my new name, i thought my account got hacked. Or bug. If you said this my fault cause people read my name in weird thing. Why i play with this name like 1k hr before i move to new ship they check and transfer my character, play around 2 week then i got this character name change.
So many weird name like Dad stepdad or mom why they normal funny reason.

My old name *Yur'n'me* my new name become choro... with number i cant remember new name feel like a robot name for me. Still confusing the name changed after my game crash.
