Character customization post creation

Title. My Personal -> Lookbook, which I imagine is the menu I seek, is locked. Apparently you can still freely edit your character for 5 hours, and I'm like 3.5 hours after creation. But I can't figure out where is it.

If you've gone up to the part where multiplayer is unlocked, you can change it at the salon. It's one of the shops in the city hub.

now sure, where exactly this npc at ngs, but for normal pso2 this is at shop plaza, 2nd floor, right path;
game lead you to most usefull npc with first quests and missions

Game said it's in Personal menu but ok. And there are players around me already.

Lookbook seems to be unavailable. At least via the quick menu.

You can do both but the personal menu, lookbook is a lot limited compared to salon. I do t know when lookbook is available but you should be able to go to the salon.

Alright there is NPC for that. But I see that free change is a lie, I cannot edit some details. I guess I will make new character, 1st one is always doomed to be deleted.

It was free for me but there was a time limit. Anyway, glad you figured it out!

Game allowed me to change outfit but not the color, which was available during creation.
