... Though you should probably edit out your request number. Regular players don't need to know that information and when you get in touch with actual support staff they'll be able to verify it easily enough.

Steam forums are also not the place to complain about account issue related to bans or suspensions either. Official channels are the way to go.

I never heard or read anyone ever playing PSO2 in LAN shop... Not to mention you only played the game once there and later tried to play it again once you got your PC rig setup done. Unfortunately that led your account to be ban...
I think playing PSO2 in public lobby like LAN shop may have caused it because it may have trigger something with GameGuard.
Either way though, if you only played PSO2 not too long you could just make a new account and play on your own PC next time.
I have submitted a ticket a month ago, there was no reply
I submitted another ticket yesterday hoping that it gets noticed this time
As for everyone, thank you for your solid advice, I suspect it might be because I went to the LAN shop and some how triggered gameguard.
Other than raising ticket to support team, I am running out of options to get noticed other than here.
