How Do I Unlock Luster Practice Quest?

I can't find the answer on google, and nobody else seems to know. I even did the Hero, Phantom, and Etoile practice quests thinking that might unlock it, but it's still not available. What am I missing?

You don't, Luster don't have practice quest, as well as NPC trainer lol, everything related to Luster is only Coffy and Class counter

... and Luster didn't even have info from her initially because it was more in line with how on older classes we had to initially figure out everything for ourselves. Was a fun first few weeks discovering Luster and how it works.

The Luster is a class where the player is "in the dark" about how it works until you read the skill tree and experiment with the way it works yourself. I don't feel it is too complicated but the closest you can get is Sega's official overview video on how it works which was translated by Sammie Pso.

Yeah pretty much us (as players) have to either look for sources from others who have better understanding of how Luster gameplay works or master the class yourself in your own way and go out with a bang.
