Item Transfers?
Soooo Question... I can't seem to find an answer to, or I'm just blind (happens)... long/boring story short I'm locked out of my shop as I forgot my pin. I sent a support ticket and the last I heard from them was 3ish months ago so I'm guessing I won't ever, and consider the few things listed a wash.
Can I just make a new account and somehow push all my AC item (mostly what I care about) and others over to it (via trade, gifting, alliance storage, or the ever risky market) or would that send up a giant red flag and make sega think I'm doing shifty things possibly leading to the hammer?
Thoughts?

No it's fine, though you would need to spent $30 for both account premium set to enable trade

But best not to, go to official forum and make a thread thread there, as well as sending another ticket is the best choice

and how you will do those things you said without the pin exactly?

Just to clarify, support ticket to who? Steam? SEGA Europe? Or SEGA Japan?

If you are die hard eager to transfer over, you can use the capsule machine in your quarters to move stuff over, it's safer than using the market but you got to be on the same ship for that to work and remember, there is a cap on the rarity of items you can transfer, so don't expect your 15* weapons to be transferable.

It might be simpler to just make a new character on the same account (you'll still be locked out of selling in the store but meh, you can just ignore selling) or just asking them to reset your PIN.

Best and easiest way is to get your pin code resolved. You did use the support feature on the PSO2 website right?

Also did you try using the "password reset" button? Some reason I tried that months ago and it just let me reset without even contacting support. I know it sounds odd since what's the point but I distinctly remember doing it freely ingame.

for sure i get i would have to perm (the mail already is) so i would have to line em up when ones ending start the new account one and push the stuff.. and ya didnt want to drop this in the main forum (either here or reddit) all though i swear i seen a rep around here (i could be just tripiin)

ya i should of proof read.. cant use the market im locked out of (duh) and i didnt think you need your pin to trade or leave gift boxes ect ect but i never have so i dont know, was just trying to think of ways to move items from one player to the next..

to send the ticket to i just used the pso2 site so my 1 cookie cutter reply was from zendesk..
i totally get some stuff just is not going to transfer and i'll lose it and i'll get to keep it on the crippled account should i never get a reply but i cant in good faith keep putting money (however little it is) in to an account that might never be whole (sucks but it is what it is)
mildly concerned about the meseta, which i just might leave behind as im under the impression that what sega monitors the most so i def dont want to look like im RMTing myself (if such a thing is even possible)

didn't work last few times i tried it but i can give it another whirl

He's transferring AC items though, so aside affix capsule, he can easily transfer them over

ya i don't have really any god tier awesomely affixed gear o at least nothing a litter effort wouldn't replace its mostly just high value AC scratch that thankfully i never used and anything that would be transferable

I just tested it out, Nuclear was right, just leaving both fields empty and hitting reset defaults the store to no password at all. So try it out, just hit that reset button 3 times and it should let you input a new one.
