Continue playing on JP or start new on NA?

hi I've been playing JP with the tweaker in the past, do you think I should restart on NA for new genesis? or keep playing on JP? am I gonna be able to play on JP will the tweaker support it i mean the translation etc? thanks a lot for helping I don't have much info about the state of the game lately.

Tweaker's already been supporting NGS since JP beta and one look at the current tweaker should make that a bit more blatant.

If you're well off or decently off on JP, the only reason to switch to Global is for the community or if you have friends playing here that aren't on JP. Otherwise, you may as well stick to JP.

Up to you really, if you're going to focus on just NGS then come to NA. If you're going to play both and you have really good items on the JP then stick to the JP

thanks for the replies! are there any changes for the better on the censorship situation or the NA version being more pay to win? I remember those being my biggest red flags for not dropping into NA

Censorship situation is dead, and NA was never more pay to win to begin with (it's actually easier in NA to get a lot of stuff for free/fast/easy compared to JP), so you're gucci. Only real downside is we don't have the idola SG due to no link.

Edit: Lack of Idola SG was compensated in NA with a 200SG one-time code last year.

I'd stick with what you know. If you've been playing on JP, you probs have a lot of cosmetics that you'd miss on Global version (since cosmetics transfer to NGS).

The economy in PSO2 for Global is pretty screwed up, so getting new cosmetics you want would be an uphill climb as a noob again.

The height limitations is still imposed on Global in NGS, so better not hoping for any thing better here
In the p2w term it's the same as JP, none

You do realise NGS comes out next week which pretty much is a start from scratch game right? You start from level 1 and you only keep cosmetics pretty much.

Also cosmetics in NGS will likley look far better so in my opinion not worth staying JP just for coesmetics.

If you have no cosmetics in JP that you care too much about then you really have zero reason to stay on JP.
