code 630

haven't been able to play ngs all day. I'm on ship 1, and I am still able to play the base game though.

Keep getting the error code 630. is this happening to anyone else?

Sega of Japan acknowledged this problem (no idea if the NA branch made an announcement) and stated the following (paraphrasing here, but you'll get the point):

"We are aware of the problems some players are facing when attempting to transfer to the PSO2 block. For now, please unequip your costume or outer wear before switching blocks. Error 630 should be resolved. We are working to resolve this issue in a later update. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our players."

EDIT: Also, for the record, I was experiencing error 630 since the latest maintenance as well, but taking off my costume solved the issue. I'm not sure why, but hopefully this helps. Also, some users on Twitter have stated that making sure your inventory isn't full before transferring can help too (this didn't help me, personally, but worth mentioning since it helped some users).

I was having this error, but I couldn't log in whatsoever. Had no access to any ships. It took an entire reinstall to fix the game.
