Can't equip outfit

I want to equip AIS Suit, "an outfit equippable by everyone", but it's greyed out. Is it a glitch or it's not available to CASTS and I have to sell it?

You can equip it in the salon. After that save it as a look. Then you can swap to that outfit without going to the salon.

I swap out between NGS, PSO2 Vanilla, Cast and Human body types all the time with the use of looks. That way you don't have to go to the salon.

Is it saved for all characters or only for character that goes to the salon? And is the change free?

Well if the item has been unlocked for all characters, then yes all characters can save it as a look. But I'm pretty sure looks are unique to each character.

The salon will tell you if you are changing things that cost SG. You can't change baase colors, or your body proportions for free. Those cost SG.

Well item is in my inventory and I can only equip it, which redirects me to character customization, but its greyed out there. I just want to be sure how to make it available to all characters and not break anything.

items basically say either "this unlocks for this character" or "this unlocks for all characters".

since you said it unlocks for all characters it would work for everyone after you use it.

It only says outfit equippable by everyone, which I imagine means no gender or race restrictions.

There should be a section that says whether unlocking it unlocks it for the character or for everyone.

I think generally items unlock for the character only, then the second time you acquire the same exact item (same color) when you use it on any character it unlocks for everyone.

Things like emotes seem to be for all characters, even on first use.

But someone else can correct me.

"Enter the salon" and equip it there... Turn off auto-sync if necessary.

You don't need to carry it either, just dump all cosmetic into your character storage...

Of course if it's a ticket, use it to register it.
