cannot use makeup/face paint on salon

so i got this horror clown face from fun ticket so i go to salon i want to wear it but strangely all the face makeup from this fun ticket is faded ,,,i try to click it but it won,t... all the face makeup that available is from NGS and the old pso2 cannot use anymore...why??? i lost my fun point already

Hair, accessories, emote: these 3 can be use regardless of new or old model being used
Body paint, outfits, makeup, eyes, eyebrows, eyelashes: these can only be used by their respective model (NGS cosmetics on NGS model, pso2 cosmetic on pso2 model)

FUN ticket cosmetics is pso2 stuff so you can only use them on pso2 face, not NGS (NGS stuff are items that displayed with a white background)

so how i turn back my character to pso2 character

For face, use the pso2 faces
For body, use any pso2 outfit in salon
^ Same apply in reverse for NGS model

You can mix match face and body too, like pso2 face + NGS body and reverse
