Regarding of this Base pso2 story

while we wait for maintenance on going i would like to ask about this story line on base pso2 i found it to many loophole when connecting with New Genesis as continuous of this story... first question why does character just appear in new genesis?? what happen to universe after god of annihilation Shiva defeated and why character lost his previous memory....what just happen before character jump to space dimension travel and crash on New Genesis world...
