I see thank you
@Everyone - Update; Since I have filed a complaint with Paypal because of my unawares of the 24hour thing, Steam has now suspended my account until August and in result PSO2 suspended my account under 816. Basically Paypal retrieved the refund and now Steam thinks I did something fraudulent. On record I have sent 2 complaint tickets during the time of making this initial post. I have sent Steam another support ticket addressing this new issue and they haven't yet got back to me. I will probably make another post regarding the PSO2 suspension under 816.
You should NEVER dispute charges like that. Always go through the seller first.
Surprised you weren't perma banned from Steam as well. Lucky there. Well you might not ever get your PSO2 account back unless maybe you work with them to pay again the charges you charged back but not guaranteed.
Well that was not intended and it isn't fraud if I am trying to resolve the misunderstanding. Sorry if you work for Steam or Sega.
not saying you are but its a common scam on f2p games or really most games that take money for X... in return pubs started cracking down... also its in the tos so its not like they didn't tell you and you agreed.. people just don't read or even look it over... kinda like the 24h ac purchase
