How do you change the color of your mag?
I've seen some people running around with like black mags, blue mags, and so on, but most people have white ones, including myself. I haven't found a way to change the color though. Hell, I don't even see a menu for the mag any more itself, so I don't know how they did it, lol.

I've noticed it matched my outfit or outerwear color.

Mags change color in accordance of your fashion color scheme.

Ah, okay. I tried the fashion shop or whatever and didn't see a menu to change its color, so I guess it's automatic. I'm wearing a costume, so I wonder if it takes the color of that or if I can change the color of the outfit underneath to have it match that instead (so, if my costume is white, maybe I can still make my mag black or something if I change the color of my stuff underneath since it's currently white right now as well).

EDIT: Nope, it just changes colors according to whatever you're wearing at the time, automatically, lol. I just took off my costume to apply my outer wear and it immediately changed from white to black. Only problem is, I have to go back to the fashion shop just to even put my costume back on if I apply outer wear, which is kinda weird.

You should be able to just swap back to your costume, but whatever.

EDIT2: Also, my fault. It wasn't outer wear. It was Ba, whatever the hell that is, lol. I'm only used to wearing costumes, so I never messed around with the layering stuff.

Mag follows costumes color scheme, Base wear(Ba) Color, and CAST Main Color.

wish we can transfer mag appearance from legacy in the future.

Also, on a random note... How do you remove base wear anyway? I don't see any option to do so in the fashion shop, so now whenever I have to take off my costume to swap to PSO2 (until they fix the bug anyway, which will hopefully be during tonight's maintenance), I have to go back to the fashion shop just to put my costume back on since it's greyed out from the menu.

afaik there's no way to just remove the basewear.

What you can do is make a 'look' with outfits from both the old and new models and use that system to swap between them.

They mentioned we'll be able to hide our mag in NGS after the update, hopefully it's just a free option and not some super overpriced consumable like before. I'd rather have no mag than the same one literally everyone else has, especially if mags don't actually friggin do anything now.

That's kinda wack. I never even had base wear equipped before, but now that I finally equipped it, I can't remove it? Is this cursed gear or something?! lol

You can swap to another basewear.

You just can't remove it and only have inner wear,

I don't wanna swap to another base wear, lol. I wanna have it so it wasn't applied like before. Why can't I just go back to that? Before I did this, I just took off my costume and it defaulted to outer wear, so why can't it just do that again????

It shouldn't be complicated.

Costume sets overwrite the basewear/outerwear system, other than that you have to be wearing basewear atm. But there are basewears that are just underwear.

I'm not really looking for underwear as base wear. I just don't wanna have to go to the fashion shop just to put my costume back on, that's all. I used to be able to just do it from the menu, but now I'm forced to go to a fashion shop because I equipped base wear earlier, lol.

You can do it from the looks menu, make sure you're looking in the right tab. If nothing else you can set a custom look and just load that at any time.
