but spec Affix don't swap unless you do the Transfer/ swap.
Already looked into this my self.
This should answer your question.
Just get a 5 slot ep4 soul + expedition boss soul and make a new one.
That was my in use Circuray until Monica took 2 off on a 100/100/90/90/90 affix.
Back to the grind I guess.
You get the cards from exchanging Class specific EX-Cubes you get after level 80 at the swap shop under class specific exchanges. 2 cubes for 1 though and a limit of 10 per month on specific types of cubes so to transfer 5 augs, you need 15, which is twice a month for all levels maxed out (3 options x 10= 30) or 2 months wait for just one type of EX-cube.
The question was if I could bring one affix up to another over a level, that just gives the mechanics of transfering, which I already know about.
Just delete the augment then and upslot normally to 5 slot. It's cheaper than getting 6 copies of alles di soul. Use a 40% booster next time.
Damn.
Just stick to level III. The lowest that will go is 60%. IV is a gamble without event boosts. You either go for max tier augments or you play it safe. Gambling for 2nd tier augments is pointless.
An example? Assuming you get to 5s and make your own fodders to avoid upslotting, you can make 130 MEL Pwr, 55 HP, 7 PP that has the following augments:
Alles Di Soul (Escarde Soul + Any Boss Soul that boosts Might affixes. I'll say Vol for simplicity's sake)
Deus Factor (3x Deus Factor + Escarde Soul)
Doom Break II (3x Doom Break II)
Might IV (3x Might 3 + Vol Soul though as mentioned, any Boss soul that boosts Might affixes will suffice)
ARKS MAX (3x ARKS Fever)
This end result will have a 100% success rate on all augments when using a 40% augmentation aid. With a 10% boost campaign, a 30% aid will suffice. If you want to use an event boost with the 40% aid? Drop Vol Soul for any generic Boss soul to get Alles Di Soul, use Mutation II and 2 Might 3s to get Might 4, use 2 Doom Break 2s (or 5 Doom Breaks) for Doom Break 2, and use 2 Deus Factors with Escarde Soul for Deus Factor... and you'll still have a 100% rate on all augments. ARKS Max x3 for ARKS Max is just a more expensive way of ARKS Fever x3 for it so I didn't bother to point it out.
The only place where augmenting is a gamble is upslotting (and only at 5+ augment upslots) and high-end augments. At any other time it's a matter of what you know and whether or not you can afford to put what you know to practice.
Also, I purposefully ignored Receptors and Special Ability Factors as well as the AC Boosters just to show an augment that can be applied to anything equally. Using said things would obviously provide more ease and flexibility.
But then again, I swear that Dudu is the most evil character in the game. His "failures" are something that he puts down to "bad luck". He then has Monica populate the other blocks, and I'm sure she was hired because she is incompetent.
*I was trying to break your stuff*
Rule of thumb is never expect immediate success on below 100% (especially with multiple ones since that's exponential chances of failure). Fortunately if you know what you're doing, you can get almost any affix combo to all 100%s outside of when you're upslotting.
And hopefully that example I provided up above gives you an idea of what to do for your initial question, Mistfox.
... Still more annoying than weapons overall, but at least it becomes much better than it originally was.
