He asked what's the most popular ship with the most active players, it's Ship 1 to both.

This is a fact, you can tell just by looking at the market of each ship, but really if you check blocks, 1 and 34 are always premium space only and every block under 40 has a very high amount of ppl on it.

I think it would make sense for Ship 1 to be the most populous due to a similar logic that leads to "Password" being the most common password. It's simply easier to just jump into it rather than try to come up with reasons for the others.

In the vein of coming up with reasons to join the others, I'm on Ship 2 because my brother mentioned that English speakers were more active on Ship 2 in the Japanese servers. Our thinking leaned toward veterans of those servers possibly joining Ship 2 for nostalgia reasons. I don't know if that's true, but Ship 2 feels active enough.

Ship 2 is 2nd most active, yes. Ship 4 is least active since it was activated the latest, and ship 3 is 3rd most active.


Basically, the order of popularity is quite literally... 1 2 3 4.

i recommend going to either ship 1 or 2 because there are many more veteran players, u can grow more and learn more there . we can always change ship later on.

Just be careful and know what you carry across ships. You don't want the weapon you spent millions of meseta and days to craft suddenly vanishing.

This is a lie. If every block was full from 1-34, then the server would be labelled as crowded when you are on the ship selection menu, and that is never the case. I'm looking at it right now and the ships congestion says normal.

I have my doubts about ship 1 being the most populated. On busy days, ship 2 is always the first ship to be labelled crowded.

I've only seen Ship 2 in 'yellow' status (crowded?) compared to the other servers. Then again, most likely 1 too when I'm not playing. *shrugs*

after reading all that, can you transfer characters across ships? but not weapons? i thought they were servers so i expected them to be pretty separate

You are not wrong. Ship 2 has the highest pop. Not saying its the best, just that the population is the highest.

Actually the OP asked which server has generally the highest population. Also Judging the population based off the market, which has issues with bots at the moment, seems to be silly.

As for the OP, Ship 2 typically has the higher pop. Ship 1 tends to have more XBOX players on it. Ship 2 is a mix. Ship 3 pop is decent. Ship 4 is the newest and lowest but mostly PC players.

Ship 2 has the Japanese vets, most of the streamers, bigger, bolder alliances, etc.
Ship 1 feels more cozy.
Cannot vouch for ships 3 and 4.

As for blocks, 1, 2, 7, 11, 12, 21, 22, 33, 34, 44, and 50 tend to get busy, ship depending.
Blocks 1 and 34 will be popular; 1 for being the first listed, 34 due to Rule 34.
