The whole game.
You can, in fact, solo them actually. It's just extremely difficult to do solo and will take a large amount if time if you're not both extremely well geared AND highly skilled.
Secondly, I'm well aware of time limits. However, you generally have an hour to clear these and that's more than enough provided you're skilled enough and not undergeared. Where a standard run may take 8-10 minutes, a solo run would be 16-30 depending on class, skill, and equipment.
for some reason his omega version was easier to defet than his rgular version
dont ask me why
The boss is able to change what it is strong against, and classes tend to not have the weapon variety to avoid having your damage cut drastically part way through.
Hu main and Fi main are able to do it if you use the gunblade, Fo and Te mains could do it with their classes main weapon and a talis if they get lucky. But annoyingly, it is likely going to require preparation and using your subclass weapons.
This is definitely one that you are going to have a much easier time if you have other party members with you.
The trick with Fo/Te anga is to avoid actually hitting it with your weapon/rod shoot. If you hit even the bits by accident, then as the only weapon used it can gain resistance to it, but if you manage to only use techs all it can do is rotate elemental resists.
Kinda like how it will never resist pets from Summoner but if you accidentally hit it with the harmonizer, it can gain a resistance and then your pets will all have their damage dropped.
