Be nice if the game told You wtf each of them offers/does or there was a up to date wiki page or some ♥♥♥♥ some where instead of just guessing wtf any of them even offer.

It is all the way to the bottom ... you can click 2 Friend Partners in the list on top to get down there too.

For Auxilaries it determines how they Talk ... I do not really know what impact that has for Friend Avatars though. You could try to take a look at:

Which is a Japanese translated guide.

I guess キャラクター性 Character Traits is what is in the NA version is Personality. I am at a loss here, as I didn't find any more information on this ...

thanks either way but yeah i think its just there dialog from what iv seen with the current friends avatars iv seen so far.
be nice if it told you these things ingame though.

Well I do not know, I know that you can setup what your Friend Avatar says ... with the Auto Chat function.

Which I believe is the main Site for PSO2. In that guide you can read this here:

 Personalities are just cosmetic! Options are: Brave Spirit, Show-off, Withdrawn, Leadership, Clumsy Kid, Elder-Like, Sickly, Fearless, Innocent, Airhead, Intellectual 

They also have a YouTube Video of that Guide ... both might be interesting for you to check out.

That Arks Visiphone Website was very helpful for me, for allot things PSO2.
