2nd password/support page issues

dont remember setting up a 2nd password and ive tried contact support multiple times and all it does is log me out of the support page and take me back to the log in main page somebody help.

yes but more importantly the process on pso2.com i try to start the support process but it keeps logging me out and looping back to the log in screen.

no that didnt work ether like it starts redirecting me to the ticket support site then kicks me back to the support page and logs me out

Yeah, I've been trying to log-in through Steam for over 3 WEEKS and still can't get in contact with support to reset the password.
