Ship transfer

Does it Transfer my stuff in storage and Personal Shop or do I lose something from there if I change ships?

After looking it over, none of your items in storage are transferable. Neither is anything from your personal shop. Basically if you don't have it on you, you can't take it with you. Meseta on you will transfer, but if you stored it then it won't.

You do take the stuff in your character storage with you. Thats an additional 300 items if you did not invest in expansions.

Ya, you are right. Anything you have in extended or premium storage will not transfer however. Just make sure you have things in the proper storage or on you before you make the move.
